We have been having a great time, every Saturday we've been going up to Ramona to do a horse workshop.It is called a confidence and trust building workshop using horses.I've been around horses, even owned one but never knew how they think and how they live as a herd. The behavior is much like the women living in the house as a group, early in recovery. We are like a herd of prey animals.Fight or flight. And its fun, which I love to see my house members do, laugh and enjoy them selves.
